A vision for holistic education that goes beyond technical knowledge — cultivating ethical awareness, harmony, and responsible citizenship.
The Universal Human Values (UHV) Cell at HKBK College of Engineering was established in 2021 as part of the AICTE mandate to infuse value-based education in technical institutions. We have been recognized as an AICTE Potential Nodal Center for Universal Human Values.
Our mission is to help students develop a comprehensive worldview — understanding themselves, their relationships, and their responsibilities toward society, nature, and existence.
